Domestic Shipping (within the United States)
One good thing about being one of the largest corset designers/manufacturers/distributors in North America is that your corset is most often in stock so you can have it for the weekend. Unless there is an overnight need, Ms. Martha’s uses USPS Priority service. We have found that on average, 2 day delivery is possible. All packages require a signature unless you tell us it is not necessary. We are incredibly happy to offer FREE shipping and handling for domestic orders. You will be e-mailed when your package leaves and you'll be able to follow it to your destination. We might even include a picture of the very handsome farm hand who packed it so beautifully and with care for you. We will combine shipping with our multiple orders. We pride ourselves in communicating with you until you have the perfect corset in hand.
We will obtain a quote and charge you accordingly. No up-charge.
Privacy & Security
On a much more serious note, Ms. Martha’s Corset Shoppe has the top security available anywhere and will diligently protect you and your credit.
Returns & Replacements
Your satisfaction is my goal. You may return any purchase within 5 days of its delivery to you. You will receive store credit or complete exchange. You must notify me via phone or e-mail and get an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Returns without an RMA will be refused. We will ask that you place a note in the returned box explaining the reason. If you have any feedback, good or bad, please feel free to include that as well (this helps develop our team's performance).
In order to get store credit or a refund the item must be in brand new condition with original packaging and tags. Ms. Martha makes the final decision on the details surrounding returned products after contacting the purchasing party. Her business is built on trust and knowing that people want to feel wonderful and cared for.
OOPS! You made a mistake and must cancel or change your order
If it has not shipped and is a stock order I will do everything I can to help with changes. If it has shipped, I will exchange stock items as long as you pay the shipping.
Due to the high cost of importing these beauties, I only order every 2 weeks. This allows me to pass these great savings on to you. You may get lucky and catch me before the order has been placed with the manufacturer. I will cancel the order and charge a 20% handling fee if you do. I will do all I can to accommodate you however if the order has been made we will have to stick to it. All custom orders are paid in advance. Be very careful when ordering. You can expect delivery in 4 to 6 weeks.
